Robin black was born on January the 7, 1971 in Ocala Florida to Willie and Mary Mary Scott. Robin black attended Vanguard High School in Ocala, Florida. She later moved to Tampa, Florida in 2000, where she attended Kessler College and receive her bachelor's degree in business.

Robin also enjoyed sewing and cooking and was an author of two novels. Robin was preceded in death by a twin sister Rosalind Scott and one brother Cedric Scott.

Robin black move to Tampa Florida in 2000 Robin met Alpha Black and and Robin. From this union of 11 years was born one loving son Willie Garner Jr.
